1. Business Analyst

Option Matrix, Hyderabad is looking for recruiting a Business Analyst and we would like to invite MBA professionals with at least 3-5 year â  €™s  experience in any discipline (IT experience is preferred but not mandatory). The role will start with 1 week training in programming and functional skills leading to live project allocation with senior guidance. The Business Analyst role will contribute in formulating the requirement specification for the project; client presentations, screen prototyping, database design and a wider role may be allotted based on capability. Initial training is provided and hand holding support is given as required in the first 3 months. There is 1 open position. Starting salary for this role is Rs. 50000/- per month. A monetary growth of 50% per year is generally possible in this role.

Role Description

Option Matrix is looking for experienced MBA candidates who wish to start their career in IT industry or already have some relevant experience in this field. The company provides a quick initial training as a first step to create a good foundation of programming skills, cross-functional processes and knowledge of SDLC methodology. The best way to build the skill is allocation on a live client project with senior guidance. Upon completion of 3 months, the candidates are generally quite confident and well versed in our step by step software development methodology based on an incremental and iterative process. The Business Analyst must be able to design user interface screens based on the project requirement specification document prepared in consultation with the client coordinator. Adequate guidance is again provided to mature out the skill-set in this step. Most candidates will mature out at end of 6 months in our company and the smarter employees are able to take on a wider role involving preparation of use cases, database design and ability to lead junior analysts to run a significant span of projects resulting in promotion to the Project Manager position.

2. Sr. Net Developer :

Experience : 3-5 years

Job Description:

3-5 years experience in Win – Forms (with VB.Net or C#. Net) and / or ASP. Net 2.0/3.5 – MS SQL Server 2005 based application development. Knowledge of object oriented programming concepts, Crystal Reports experience with AJAX and ability to write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures will be the key criteria for selection. Strong Communication skills and team work skills are required.

3. PHP Programmers:

Experience: 1-3 yrs

Job Description:

1-3 years experience in web application development using PHP 4/5 & MYSL 4/5. Real time project experience and knowledge of object oriented concepts is critical. Skills in database & program design will be an added advantage. Eligibility criteria also include good communication and personality skills
